IS BUSINESS READY FOR BI?This article written by the Insider Learning Network discusses how SAP is pitching business intelligence (BI) to business users, but questions whether these business users are savvy enough to leverage BI tools. It quotes a statistic that states 63% of SAP customers do not feel their end users have skills necessary to get the most out of BI solutions. It then goes on to say that SAP will need to solve this issue and balance productivity with ease of use if it is to sell BI to business users.
