With the recent earthquake disaster and subsequent nuclear power plant crisis in Japan, the safety of US nuclear power plants has been questioned. This visualization displays the proximity of US nuclear power plants to earthquakes in the last year. It also calculates the largest earthquakes within a 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 mile radius of each nuclear power plant.
